This E.P. was recorded in 2019 in North Wales. It's a journey into sound from the beautifully resonante Rav Drum and vocal accompaniment along with an Indian Shruti box soundscape. I bought this Shruti box on my first trip to india in 2009 and have been fascinated with the sounds of classical indian music ever since. Usually the Shruti box is used by vocalists to practice scales but I'm using it here as a percussive instrument along with the accompanyment of the drone to weave vocal improvisation to.
